Paragon KM-18T Sentinel
The Paragon KM-18T Sentinel represents your opportunity to economically begin your own heat treating capability. Like all Paragon Kilns, it is built like a tank.
This one boasts extra thick 3" firebrick for efficiency - a door switch for your safety - and if you like, you can make it yours by choosing side swing or drop door and even choosing other colors. It comes with the Sentinel touch screen controller, processing power, and versatility.
18" is pretty good for most makers. Think of the longest blade you'll make - Chef knife? Fillet knife? Carving set? Now add an inch for the foil envelope. Unless you do big Kukrhi or Machete', this will handle what you feed it.
Are you ready for this? It runs on 120V - 5-20 outlet - standard in much newer construction.
